Beekeeping at Nakuru, Kenya

The apiary is located in Kiamunyu, Nakuru, Kenya.  Hives are kept in a bee house as the farm is small and stinging by the bees is a potential problem.  When the hives are located in a bee house the apiary is hidden which also reduces potential disturbance of hives by children, animals and possible theft of honey.
